Let me tell ya, the pumping hunger is real! 🍼 My energy bites and smoothies have been serious life-savers when it comes to breakfast and snacks. They are quick and easy options that give me the energy and protein I need to keep me full and satisfied throughout the day. 💪

One of my all-time favorite smoothies to make is this PB&J smoothie because duh, peanut butter. 🥜🍌💯 This smoothie seriously tastes like you’re drinking a liquid peanut butter and jelly sandwich sans the bread. It’s creamy, delicious and SO easy to make! You only need 5 ingredients and a high-powered blender. 🙌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s what you need:
• 1/2 frozen banana • 1 cup frozen blueberries • 1 scoop protein powder (I prefer vanilla)
• 1 cup dairy-free milk (my go-to is unsweetened almond milk)
• 1 Tablespoon proveniente peanut butter

Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!
