I’m all about enjoying myself when traveling but that doesn’t mean I let all of my #healthyhabits go out the window. On this trip I ate so many delicious treats (the highlights: @duckfatmaine fries, a @eventideoysterco lobster roll and a @holydonutmaine chocolate sea salt donut) and enjoyed quite a few adult bevies but also stuck with having a #saladeveryday, plenty of water and made it a priority to get in some sort of workout/movement each day. None of these things felt hard because they’re habits I’ve been cultivating for a long time. 👊🏻 .
