Keeping it real over here and showing this #30secondtransformation just as a reminder not to compare yourself to others on social media OR fall into the trap of seeing a before and after photo while scrolling through your feed and feeling like you HAVE to buy a certain program, detox tea or supplement. 🙅🏻‍♀️

These two photos were taken on the same day, same room, same outfit, just seconds apart. It’s all about the lighting, angle, posture, outfit (high waisted pants!), flexing, etc.

Yes, the photo on the right is more flattering and if I were picking which one to share on my feed I’d likely pick that one, but I’m the same woman in both and I love my body in both. 💛

And I never want you to look at my photos and think I’m perfect or have it all figured out. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m over here living a balanced life, trying to stay healthy and happy (just like you) while spreading the message that when you eat better and move more, you feel better and are able to live life to its fullest. 💃🏻 And at the end of the day that’s what it’s all about.
