Just posted a new YouTube vid sharing a full day of my eats… which unintentionally included two salads. ✌️🥗 😂 Apparently I’m taking this whole #saladeveryday thing to a new level. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But seriously I love watching and making vlogs like this because they remind me of my old blogging days where most of my posts were just a recap of my day along with a photo food journal. 🥘📓

Breakfast/Brunch: Blackened chicken chopped salad
Lunch: Leftover salmon with roasted brussels sprouts and butternut squash (reheated in the toaster oven)
Snack: Ginger spice apple cider vinegar detox drink + chocolate protein shake
Dinner: Shredded buffalo chicken salad with sautéed zucchini
After dinner: Sugar-free freezer chocolate bites
