Just got home from a morning walk and now I’m craving something to cool me off… like this chocolate mint chip smoothie. ๐Ÿซ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’ฏ Itโ€™s creamy and thick thanks to frozen cauliflower rice + low in sugar and loaded with protein and healthy fats. The perfect combo for a satisfying smoothie that also keeps your blood sugar balanced. ๐Ÿ’› I still love frozen bananas in smoothies but frozen cauliflower rice is awesome if you’re looking for that creamy texture and don’t want banana flavor (I know some people hate it) OR you want to keep your sugar/carbs on the lower side! .

  • Oh YUM!! And yes โ€” I love frozen cauli in smoothies. Zucchini works well, too. Extra creamy + nutrients + less sugar and doesnโ€™t really change the taste. ๐Ÿ˜‹

  • @eatingbirdfood hey! Have you heard of a cacao or maca sensitivity? I keep trying one or the other or both in smoothies and whatnot, and Iโ€™m pretty sure itโ€™s the culprits that always gives me a gnarly all day belly ache ๐Ÿ˜ญ are you familiar with this? Do you have a recommended alternative for that chocolate flavor?
