Just got home from a morning walk and now I’m craving something to cool me off… like this chocolate mint chip smoothie. 🍫🌿💯 It’s creamy and thick thanks to frozen cauliflower rice + low in sugar and loaded with protein and healthy fats. The perfect combo for a satisfying smoothie that also keeps your blood sugar balanced. 💛 I still love frozen bananas in smoothies but frozen cauliflower rice is awesome if you’re looking for that creamy texture and don’t want banana flavor (I know some people hate it) OR you want to keep your sugar/carbs on the lower side! .
