Just going to leave the right here. 💗 As the New Year approaches and we’re all thinking about our goals for 2018, this is just a little reminder that the real key to making lasting changes is creating sustainable habits and staying consistent with those habits over time. 📆

What I love about the habits approach is that you don’t have to change everything at once and it’s not about being restrictive or depriving yourself. You can implement seemingly small changes/habits (like replacing one meal a day with a salad 🥗 or drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day 💦) and build from there! These things may seem small but it’s amazing the difference they can make in your health and life! 💯

I’m actually getting really excited for the New Year and the healthy habits I’m planning to embrace and the accountability system I have in place. 🤗
