Just a reminder that “healthy” looks different on everyone. Create a healthy lifestyle… one that works for you, one that is sustainable and one that makes you feel your best! That’s what truly matters. ✨
A few tips:
1. Identify unhealthy habits and replace them with healthy ones. Start small, but start today!
2. Stay inspired and motivated by getting creative in the kitchen 👩🏻‍🍳 or by trying a new exercise routine or class every so often. 🧘🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️ Sometimes you have to change things up to see change.
3. Decide what things you can’t live without and incorporate those into your daily/weekly routine. Love chocolate or wine… or both. Me too! 🙋🏻‍♀️ No foods are off limits over here.
4. Find balance and enjoy the process! We’re all evolving, learning and trying new things and the journey truly never ends. This year I’ve been experimenting with paying more attention to macros and eating meals with a balance of protein, carbs and fats. 🍽 I’m amazed at how good this balanced approach has made me feel. Hoping to share more about this soon if you’re interested. 😊
