3. Decide what things you can’t live without and incorporate those into your daily/weekly routine. Love chocolate or wine… or both. Me too! 🙋🏻♀️ No foods are off limits over here.

4. Find balance and enjoy the process! We’re all evolving, learning and trying new things and the journey truly never ends. This year I’ve been experimenting with paying more attention to macros and eating meals with a balance of protein, carbs and fats. 🍽 I’m amazed at how good this balanced approach has made me feel. Hoping to share more about this soon if you’re interested. 😊
