1️⃣Steamed lentils: such a convenient plant-based protein option to keep on hand for salads and bowl meals!
2️⃣Seedy almond salad topper: a spicy little blend of seeds that totally looks like straight bird food. (Perfect for me! 😂) I’ve been using the topper to spice up my salads lately, but watch out because it brings the heat! 🥗🌶 🔥Awesome on avocado toast too!
3️⃣Frozen cauli rice: I use this to make fruit-free smoothies thick and creamy or as a base for low carb meals like cauli fried rice. 🍚
4️⃣Asian vegetable stir-fry: perfect for an easy weeknight stir-fry. Pair with your fav protein and a little teriyaki sauce (I have an awesome recipe in my #fitwithfive ebook) and boom… dinner is done! 🍽
