I’ve decided that healthy eating is so much easier if you like salad/bowl meals, leftovers and don’t mind eating the same thing for a few meals. 😂 But for real… this week I’ve had a variation of this bowl for three meals and it’s been so dang easy AND satisfying. Ground turkey, roasted Brussels and broccoli + roasted sweet potatoes or pumpkin… all served over a bed of greens (bc #saladeveryday) and topped with a little dressing (zesty tahini, tonight) and hot sauce! Lean protein, healthy fats, lots of green veggies and starchy carbs. 🥗🍠🌶💃🏻💯 .
