It’s been a minute since I’ve posted a full day of meals, but I love doing these posts because it shows ya that what I eat daily isn’t always blog-worthy and even health coaches eat take-out sometimes. 💁🏻♀️

M1: breakfast salad with baby spinach, roasted sweet potatoes, parsnips, kimchi, egg whites and 1 egg + turmeric tahini dressing
M2: 2 chocolate peanut butter protein balls (copy-cat RX bars)
M3: 1 hardboiled egg, a whole bag of frozen broccoli (yup! the whole thing), roasted w/ sriracha + carrots and hummus
M4: take-out grilled shrimp and steamed veggies (this and fresh spring rolls are my go-to healthy options at Vietnamese restaurants) + two clementines

PS: Taking photos of everything you eat (even if you just do it 1-2 days) can be really insightful. 📸🍽You may find that you’re not eating enough or perhaps you’ll notice that you’re going back for seconds at every meal or mindlessly snacking quite often. I know for me personally, I struggle with mindless snacking and having to stop and take a photo when I go for a snack helps me really tune in and decide if I’m eating out of true hunger or for some other reason… boredom, loneliness, stress, etc. .
