It appears the #saladeveryday challenge is taking over because I unintentionally had a salad for all three meals today. πŸ₯—πŸ™ˆI’m not mad about it and this one was pretty awesome considering it’s a mix of leftovers from the week. In the bowl: baby spinach, BBQ tempeh (from the skewers), grilled chicken, sautΓ©ed asparagus mix, cucs, avocado, dried fig, zesty tahini dressing and fresh dill (which I’m totally in love with RN). πŸ₯—πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ’―

  • @xs.and.oz Yup! The dressing recipe is here (https://www.eatingbirdfood.com/6-healthy-homemade-salad-dressings/) and the BBQ tempeh is a recent post, which you can easily snag the link to by clicking the link in my profile. Hope this makes it easy to find them.

  • @misfitwithcoffee No, I honestly only liked it when I had it restaurants, but I started practicing cooking it more at home and finally figured out a few ways I liked it.

  • @misfitwithcoffee My first recommendation is to try the @lightlifefoods Three Grain tempeh variety. I’ve found that’s the mildest in terms of the flavor. The recipe the officially got me hooked on tempeh was the orange pan-glazed tempeh from @heidijswanson.

  • @misfitwithcoffee I think for my it comes down to making sure the marinade is really good. I feel like a mix of sweet and savory is best! Although now I am totally used to tempeh’s flavor and could eat it plain on a salad! I hope this helps.
