Introducing the best little sweet treats around… HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH BITES! 🍪🍫💯
So I know I’ve been posting a lot of sweets lately, but what can I say… the pregnancy cravings have fully taken over my feed. 🙈And up on the blog today, we’ve got another upgraded version of a classic treat!
Eating raw cookie dough by the spoonful was my jam as a kid (and even as an adult, let’s be real 😂). Obviously, this isn’t something I would recommend doing while pregnant, so rather than eating cookie dough that’s loaded with sugar and raw eggs, I decided to whip up this EBF-approved recipe that’s made with a chickpea and protein powder based dough (I based this off my protein cookie dough recipe) and melted dark chocolate. Now, I have a filling and delicious snack that I can feel good about enjoying!
This recipe is seriously so simple and comes together in just 20 minutes! Added bonus: These bite-sized treats are vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. 🙌
