If you saw my IG stories today you’ll know that we’ve got a pumpkin chia mousse going down on the blog today and I’m kinda sorta freaking out because it’s so thick and creamy and tastes like pumpkin pie filling! 😱🎃💃🏻💯

So you know that I’m a huge chia pudding fan, right? I make it all the time to have for breakfast or a snack BUT for some reason blended chia pudding (aka chia mousse) hasn’t been on my radar… until now. And it’s funny because I honestly think I like the thick and smooth blended chia pudding better than the tapioca-like texture of regular chia pudding. Seriously can’t get over how much I like this stuff. 😍 If you’ve sworn off chia pudding because of the texture, you have to try the blended version asap!! All ya need is a high powered blender or food processor that can grind the chia seeds and if you don’t have one you can simply buy ground chia seeds instead of the whole seeds! 💁🏻‍♀️
