There’s a reason it’s on the cover of my #eatwellwithebf meal plan… sure it’s pretty, but there’s just something about the combo of roasted salmon, quinoa, red onion, feta and a light but super flavorful lemon dressing all over crispy romaine lettuce. 💯 I could legit eat this salad every day. 🙋🏻‍♀️
