I thought about making a flag cake (the one with cool whip and berries I used to love growing up) but ultimately decided a red white and blue salad was more my speed these days. This is a riff on my Patriotic Berry Salad but this one has baby spinach, strawberries, blueberries, shredded jicama, fresh dill and maple toasted walnuts. 🇺🇸🥗💃🏻Added some shrimp to this after the photo for a #mealsizedsalad. Perfect for day 2 of the #saladeveryday challenge! 💯
