I know I should be sharing a salad or something motivational about getting back on track after the holiday weekend, but you’ll have to check my story for that because I did just eat a salad BUT I’ve got one last cookie recipe to share. 🍪🙊 These babies are SO darn delicious (crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside). They’re sweetened only with maple syrup and I used @eatingevolved’s unsweetened midnight coconut chocolate bar so they’re low in sugar, #glutenfree #paleo and #vegan. 💃🏻
