I held out as long as I could, but the pumpkin vibes are coming on strong over here! 🎃✨🙋🏻♀️ And this cool and creamy pumpkin pie yogurt bowl is pretty much best bfast/snack because I’m craving all the fall flavors rn, but it still feels like summer outside. ☀️
In the bowl: 6 oz plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1/2-1 Tablespoon maple syrup
toppings of choice: granola, pepitas, almond butter or pumpkin butter. Just put all your ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is mixed together well. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
