I go through phases with practicing yoga… but whenever I’m in my flow and practicing regularly I truly feel my best. ✨The retreat at @veritaswinery totally revived my love for restorative yoga and practicing for reasons other than the physical exercise. And for the first time ever I stayed awake for a whole yoga nidra session and it was amazing!! Thank you @lynsiemckeown.
