I am all about cauliflower wings (and I have a recipe for them, btw) BUT they’re kind of a mess to eat and if I’m being honest, I’d rather just roast up buffalo cauliflower with some crispy chickpeas and make a salad instead. 💁🏻♀️ Especially when there’s a creamy cashew ranch dressing involved… bring it on! Yummy! I was just telling my daughter today that I didn’t want to mess with cauliflower wings for Sunday because they are a pain to deal with at times. We’ve been roasting up chickpeas a lot this past month and they are ridiculously versatile. I have a batch of taco seasoned ones currently in my fridge. I’ve totally got to try your cashew ranch recipe! I’ve been digging and digging for one. I swear I think I tested a bazillion recipes the last time we went vegan. Is yours close to the real thing? I’m a closer ranch addict.
