Home from our anniversary trip and getting a late start on meal planning for the week BUT I’ve already decided that a version of my blackened chicken cobb salad will be on the menu. 💁🏻♀️ Prepped the grilled chicken while making din this evening and I’ll make another batch of quick pickled onions tomorrow so I’m all set and ready for salads throughout the week. 🥗💯
