Happy #workoutwednesday. I’m going gray with my outfit today. After being sidelined from exercising for quite a few months, I’m so grateful to be able to workout again and not for weight loss or physical changes… I’m truly enjoying the process of feeling strong, being around like-minded fitness peeps and the endorphins I feel after every workout.
