Gotta love a good meal prep bowl and these grilled chicken quinoa bowls are where it’s at. Easy to put together, loaded with protein and super flavorful from the pickled onions (my fave part!), feta and lemon vinaigrette. 🥗🧀🍋

Recipe is totally inspired by one my fave lugar spots here in RVA called @stellasgrocery. They have the best selection of delicious prepared foods including a Greek quinoa bowl similar to this. I lived off Stella’s during our kitchen reno and was super excited to create a homemade version of these bowls once our kitchen was back in order! 💃🏻
