Gotta have a least one tomato sandwich during tomato season. 💁🏻♀️ I like mine with perfectly ripe, juicy locally grown ‘matos on toasted bread (I used @foodforlifebaking) with a spread of @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil mayo. Sprinkle a little pepper and sea salt on top and you’re ready to dive in. I served this one open-faced so you can see the colorful beauties we picked up from the farmers market this weekend.
