Got a little mid-week salad meal prep happening over here today. Romaine, chopped, washed and stored in my salad spinner, roasted sweet potatoes, salsa verdejante chicken that I cooked in the slow cooker yesterday, chopped veg (mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, red onion and carrots) avocado and a homemade 3-ingredient tahini dressing. Ready to stick with a #saladeveryday for the rest of the week. 💃🏻🥗💯 .
