Gang’s all here and ready for an awesome week of easy meals + snacks. ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ฏ Being prepared and planning ahead makes healthy eating so much easier… especially this time of year when we’re all super busy and running around like crazy. Having healthy options sitting in your fridge ready to go is ๐Ÿ”‘!!

There are so many different ways to meal prep, but batch cooking is my fav because I’m all about throwing together quick salad/bowl meals and having prepped food on hand works great for this. ๐Ÿฅ—+๐Ÿ›= ๐Ÿ’ฏ

I’ll still be cooking dinner most nights, but for lunch and snacks I’ll be eating the things I prepped — this week’s menu: roasted veggies: carrots, brussels, red onion (omg you guys — this roasted onion is to die for), broccoli and sweet potatoes, quinoa, popeye turkey meatballs (new recipe this week!), gingerbread Larabar balls with @bulletproof collagen added in (recipe linked in my profile), chia pudding with @nunaturals pumpkin spice syrup and stevia sweetened freezer chocolate. ๐Ÿซ Part of the #ebfhealthyholidays program is avoiding added/processed sugar so I whipped up these treats sweetened with dates + stevia to satisfy my sweet tooth healthfully! ๐Ÿ˜Š
