Confession — I’ve always wanted to be the girl who loves journaling, but I’ve just never been able to get into it… well, besides food journaling (still a habit I swear by) and that one year in high school where I journaled what I wore each day so I wouldn’t repeat outfits too often. 🤦🏻♀️

But the five minute journal is a totalidade game-changer and really helped me get into the practice of daily journaling. It takes no time at all and gives me a chance to be present, really tune into what I’m grateful for (it’s usually the small stuff) and focus on what I need to get accomplished for the day. I asked for the 5-minute journal for the holidays last year and I’m so happy I did. Highly recommend checking it out, adding it to your wish-list or gifting it to a friend. I’ve always been a journal-er! Currently I do a page at night before bed, most nights. I also have an app I use for when I don’t have my journal. I think it really does help sort out my thoughts and reflect!
I love journaling!! But I’m not always consistent with it. A 5 minute journal is a great idea!
