Eating healthy starts with loading up your fridge with good food! 🐦🌱💯Here’s what our fridge looks like this week:

Top row: @bobsredmill almond and coconut flour, my fav @rebbl cold brew, hard boiled eggs, @siggisdairy, @peteandgerrys eggs, @chosenfoods avocado mayo, sítio microgreens, @wholefoodsrva guac, ground turkey and @clekraut

Row 2: Cheese drawer (with some @lightlifefoods tempeh in there) + all my @terraskitchen goodies ready for dinners this week. 🍽

Row 3: @eyesaacbrews’ beer (@theveilbrewing, obvi), @almondbreeze, @lacroixwater + @spindriftfresh (some might say I’m addicted 🤷🏻‍♀️), 100% maple syrup, @manitobaharvest hemp protein powder, @yourtaylorfarms organic baby spinach/kale, grapes, chopped veggies for snacking, a couple prepped meals (oats and a salad) and some @sabra hummus hiding out in the back.

Row 4: These drawers are loaded down with lots of fresh veggies! Peppers, carrots, broccoli, brussels sprouts, lemons and fresh herbs. 🌿

On the door (not pictured): Lots of condiments (like 4 different mustards, ketchup, tamari, hot sauce). Plus cold brew coffee, more beer and wine because #balance. .
