Don’t believe the myths that salads are “diet food” or “not filling” or “boring” or “only for lunch + dinner.” They can easily be meal sized, loaded with nutrient dense foods that will keep you full and can totally be eaten for breakfast or served warm if that strikes your fancy! I’m all about breaking the rules and making salads work for you. .
For me, this usually means turning my salads into bowl meals loaded with a good source of protein, healthy fats, leftovers and whatever veggies we have on hand that week! 🥗💃🏻💯
