Doing a little research before we renovate our kitchen. π
—
But seriously, here are my top kitchen hacks for healthy eating. π― 1. Store treats and snacks higher up in your pantry/cabinets so they’re less accessible and not within your direct line of sight when you open the cabinet. The old out of sight out of mind trick works wonders! This one is huge for me. If I keep snack foods like granola or trail mix out on the counter, I’ll mindlessly munch on it just because it’s there (and SO GOOD)! ππ» 2. Keep lots of fresh produce on hand. Have a fruit bowl on your counter and have chopped veggies front and center in your fridge, ready for snacking. ππππ₯π₯ 3. Use smaller plates/bowls (salad plates over dinner plates), glasses (tall glasses over short tumblers) and petite serving utensils. π½ — Do you have any good kitchen hacks that make healthy eating easier? Great advice!
I’ve loved the small plate advice. I haven’t used my big plate in forever. I always use the smaller appetizer size plates
