Detox smoothie time! Slowly getting my body back on track after a week full of birthday celebrations. My motto = more whole foods less treats and booze. ⠀
This grapefruit detox smoothie bowl is made with perfectly ripe @wintersweetz grapefruit, frozen pineapple (to get that thickness I love), Greek yogurt, coconut oil and fresh ginger.
