Cheesy QUINOA BROCCOLI CASSEROLE made healthy! 🧀🥦🍚Say whaaat?! Yes, you can have a casserole dish that is healthy for you and still delicious.
This recipe was inspired by my úbere’s broccoli rice casserole, but is made with protein-packed quinoa instead of instant rice, freshly grated organic cheddar cheese and a homemade sauce instead of canned soup, which is unforunately loaded with cheap oils and extra sodium.
For all my vegan and/or dairy-intolerant friends out there, you can use a dairy-free shredded cheese and vegan butter to make this dish #vegan and #dairyfree! 🙌
