In this bowl we got a good mix of protein, smart carbs and healthy fat… 1 egg + scrambled egg whites with crushed red pepper, cinnamon oats, a drizzle of almond butter and a handful of @purely_elizabeth pumpkin cinnamon granola over the oats. May seem like a funny combo but I love it! 😋💗💃🏻💯
