Balance isn’t something you find, it’s something you create.✨ Just a little reminder as we head into the holiday season. Even with a packed calendar and a longer than normal to-do list, balance is possible and it starts with your daily habits. 🙌 My go-tos for staying balanced year round: daily journaling, even if it’s just my food/workout journal… something I started back to this year and LOVE, getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night and getting in some type of daily movement. Over the past couple months I’ve been loving my workout routine of strength training and walking but my body has been craving yoga so I’m excited to incorporate it into my routine over the next few months. 🧘🏻♀️

I just took a short class on the immense value of using certain essential oils with yoga! Do you use them?
Yes! I feel like I have fallen off-track this week and can’t seem to get back on. Weeks like this happen, I know, but are indeed frustrating. Time to focus on getting back to my groove, and to stay balanced. I like to stay balanced with getting 8 hours of sleep, drinking hot lemon water in the mornings, staying active, and reminding myself each day to think positive ❤️
True. And I think it’s something we continuously create since it’s more a process than a destination…
Yes!!! There is so much truth to this.
Such a good reminder! I’ve been trying to say no to things which is so hard but a necessary thing!
