Every fall I feel this pull to get back into a regular routine of meal prepping and it’s especially noticeable right now as we’re preparing for the babe to arrive in a couple months. π€°π»

I already had a list of things I want to meal prep before she arrives. Full post coming soon all about how I’m preparing, but I know for sure we’ll be making and freezing a ton of PROTEIN BALLS because they’re perfect for snacking, they freeze well, oats are good for milk supply and I’ve heard that any food you can eat with one hand is incredibly helpful during the first few weeks with little one. ππ»ββοΈ
