As a health coach who is married to a guy who works in the beer industry, I find myself hanging out at breweries A LOT. The funny thing is that I don’t really drink beer (unless it’s gluten-free) so whenever I know we’re going to a brewery I just pack a sparkling water in my purse so I have something besides plain water to sip while Isaac enjoys a beer or two. I’ve been doing this for years! 💁🏻♀️ It’s such a easy little #healthhack for those of us who don’t want to drink a ton, but still want to enjoy the social aspect of brewery hopping. 🍻 Today’s drink of choice was a grapefruit @spindriftfresh. 💗
