Another recipe on the list for today’s meal prep is these PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES… Because you can never have too much pumpkin, am I right?! 🎃🍪💯

They’re vegan, dairy-free, healthy and SO delicious! They can also be made gluten-free if you use GF all-purpose flour. The oats give these babies a nice chewy texture and they’re sweetened only with coconut sugar and dark chocolate chips (they only have 9 grams of sugar per cookie!). 💁🏻‍♀️ Grab the recipe via the link in my bio and start preheating your oven.
