You can make a big batch for meal prep and separate it into multiple mason jars. Each morning all you have to do is add fresh fruit and pour over some almond milk. Let the mixture soak a bit and thicken up before enjoying or dig right in if you want it extra crunchy. This blend has oats, protein powder, buckwheat, chia, hemp, coconut, goji and cinnamon, but you can add any superfoods or powders you’d like. I’m thinking I’ll do a cacao and maca blend next!
