All I wanna do is eat that broccoli. 🎶 😂 No but really, roasted broccoli is a weekly staple over here. I have a batch in the fridge right now! To make it, I toss broccoli with a little oil (avocado is my fav for high heat cooking like this), sea salt, pepper and a sprinkle of cayenne for some heat. Roast at 425° for about 25-30 minutes, tossing once half way through. Once the tops of the broccoli are a little brown you’ll know it’s done.
