A little brunch action going down at @cafemogadornyc. 🍽 I ordered the Middle Eastern Eggs which comes with 2 eggs any style (I did poached), hummus, tabbouleh, arabic salad, and za’atar pita. Loved this… especially the salads. Felt like we were back in Israel for a minute. 💯

Brunch tip for ya: the healthiest way to order your eggs is poached! They’re cooked in water so there’s no oil, butter, cream or milk used to cook them (like with fried or scrambled) so they’re lower in cals and fat. I love doing fried and scrambled at home because I can control the amount of oil I’m using but restaurants tend to overdo it so I usually roll with poached eggs when we get brunch out. 🍳🤓
