A few years ago I was told by a physical therapist that my glutes were “asleep” and not firing properly… likely from sitting so much. 😴 No one wants a sleepy tush so since then I’ve become determined to wake mine up. ☺️
Although getting a killer booty that looks awesome in your fav jeans is certainly a perk… active and strong glute muscles also help prevent tight hip flexors and help stabilize the pelvis, which means you’re less likely to put unnecessary pressure on your lower back, knees and ankles. 💁🏻‍♀️
With this in mind I’m sharing a quick and effective at-home booty workout with five of my favorite glute strengthening exercises. Grab the link in my profile to check it out and get those glutes activated. 🍑

  • Yup! My hips tilt when I don’t work it and never would have known if I didn’t go to PT for a whole other reason! Most people (often office jobs) don’t know we develop this.
